Raven

"Raven" is actually either the name or the nick-name of several different students at the school. The fact that half a dozen or so people all share the same name is simply a bizarre coincidence--although it is slightly more likely at a place like the school than elsewhere. Descriptive nicknames, such as Raven, Oak, Otter, and Kit ("kit" is the word for a baby fox), are common at the school, because they are common in the Neopagan community generally.

On campus, the women named Raven are usually differentiated by context--they are rarely all together, since they are in different dorms and have different interests. This does make it difficult to keep track of them in writing, however.
